Tathagata Banerjee is a trilingual poet, novelist, short story writer, and essayist. His previous two solo fiction collections, Postcard to Memory Lane’ and ‘Insomniac Soliloquies’ had been published by SHP. Banerjee’s first Bengali poetry collection ‘Neon Sanjhbatir Dystopia’ is now also available.

The author had been bestowed with multiple accolades in both national and international level. He had received the prestigious BOOKLEAF 21ST CENTURY EMILY DICKINSON Award for his poetry works. Banerjee had also won a global writing contest organized by USA-based magazine ‘Weekly Ramblings’, which had gone on to print a number of works by the poet.

The writer had been prominently featured in several anthologies by SHP. Other than that, his works has been printed by some of the most noted journals of this country – including Emperor Kennedy Legend Review Magazine and Muse India. The writer was declared a featured author of Beyond The Panorama webmag. His work had been published in the celebrated Bengali magazine, Vichitra Patra, from advisory editor Sandip Ray – the son of the legendary Satyajit Ray.

As a performing poet, Banerjee had presented his work in the 6th national poetry festival, organized by the New Town Book Fair. He has also presented a paper on Tagore on an international webinar, which earned him notable laurels. Additionally, Banerjee has also developed a podcast on William Shakespeare titled “Much Ado About Something With Tathagata”, that has gone on to be streamed in multiple countries.
